After an exciting and fun 8 weeks of instruction and scrimmaging. The south middle school ended with competition, stick tricks and games. 4thgrade - 8th grade competed side by side, combining all of the conceptsthat were covered during the previous weeks and applying them. Topicsthat were covered during the previous week were: stick skills, attackconcepts (x-cuts, screens, picks) defensive concepts (man to mandefense, slide help) 50/50 balls (ground balls, throws, draw controls).
The coaches and I would like to wish all who participated this fall the best of luck in their lacrosse future!
