Why are clinic situation a good environment for all levels and ages? Clinics offer an athlete a place where they can work on specific fundamentals of the game that can assist them to taking the overall game to the next level. What our Focus trainings are doing is offereing a setting where a few concepts are covered in the one hour which allows repetition and muscle memory to take over allowing the athlete to maintain the concept longer enabling them to work on it either on their own or til the next session. Muscle memory is important in the sport to allow the athletes to take their game from fundamentals to truely understanding, strategizing and recognizing situations in the sport. Clinics allow a player to continue to learn and develop their "bag of tricks" to allow them to succeed over their opponents.
