Girls' Lacrosse Director
Sue Montegari was a part of the original Varsity squad as well as a 3year starter and team captain at Ridgewood High School. Sue is also avery established equestrian competing at high levels of competition inthe Medal/Maclay Division, including the Junior Olympic Trials. Shecontinued her careers at Alfred University as a 4 year Lacrosse starterand team co-captain, graduating with a BA in Athletic Training and adouble Minor in Coaching and Equine Science. Sue was also on the AUEquestrian Team for 4 years competing at the intercollegiate level inthe Open Division. Sue was also part of the Athlete Mentor Program as aSenior.
After College, Sue went on to coach at her alma mater,Ridgewood High School as the Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach and theJV Head Coach for the past 6 years. Sue is also starting her second year as theHead Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Ramapo High School. In addition,she become a Certified Personal Trainer and worked as a Strength andConditioning Specialist for the past 7 years working with athletes thathave attended and competed at the top Institutions in the country.
Suestarted with Tri-State 7 years ago, primarily working with the all starprogram. Over the past years her role in the Girls programincreased into Assistant Girls Director. Herresponsibilities have included on-site director for Northern Leagues,Camps & Clinics Director and All Star coach. In Fall of 2008 shewas named Tri-State's Girls' Lacrosse Director.

All Star Coach
Christie Shore-Cooper is a 2004 graduate of The College of New Jersey. Christie was a two sport athlete at TCNJ and earned a degree in Elementary Education with a focus in Sociology. A 2004 IWLCA/US Lacrosse Division III First Team All-American, and First team All-Metro Region member, Shore-Cooper was the heart of her teams defense, leading the Lions with 66 ground balls and 36 caused turnovers, in her senior season. During Shore-Cooper’s four years with the women’s lacrosse program, TCNJ amassed 62 wins against five losses for a .925 win percentage. While at TCNJ, the Lions finished twice as the DIII national runner-up (2002, 2004) and twice as a DIII national semifinalist (2001, 2003).
A Division III Lacrosse North/South Senior All-Star (2004) and a two-time NCAA Lacrosse All-Tournament Team member (2002, 2004) Shore-Cooper had eight stellar seasons with the Lions, making three appearances at the NCAA Division III Field Hockey Final Four (2001, 2002, 2003), two appearances at the NCAA DIII Lacrosse Final Four (2001 2003), and two appearances at the NCAA DIII Lacrosse National Championship Game (2002, 2004)
Christie teaches at the Princeton Charter School in Princeton, NJ, and is the Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Princeton Regional High School. This will be her fifth year coaching with Tri-State.

Goalie/All Star Coach
Ginny Capicchioni joined the Tri-State staff in 2009. A world-class keeper in her own right, Capicchioni is a trail-blazing lacrosse player and a gifted educator. Capicchioni remains an active professional player and a member of the Team USA Developmental squad in men’s indoor lacrosse.
A three-time Northeast Conference Goalie of the Year while at Division I Sacred Heart University, Capicchioni twice ranked in the NCAA’s Top 10 in Save Percentage while setting the program records for saves, goals against average and career wins. Following her collegiate career she became the first woman to sign with a men’s professional team, the first woman to play in a men’s professional lacrosse game, first American born keeper to play in a Canadian Championship and the first woman to play for a men’s national development program. No mere publicity stunt, Capicchioni has starred at some of the top indoor lacrosse tournaments in the world. She was named the MVP of the Swedish Invitational Box Lacrosse Tournament and to the All-Tournament Team at the Ales Hresbesky Memorial Tournamentin in the Czech Republic. She has played professionally with the New Jersey Storm of the National Lacrosse League as well as in the Iroquis Lacrosse Association and the Ontario Lacrosse Association.
Capichionni put her vast experience to good use in her first season at Drew Univiersy as well. She helped Rachel Hanley progress into an All-Region and All-Landmark selection and Drew to the NCAA Tournament. Capichionni was the lead assistant for Head Coach Kim Christos as its Landmark peers named the Ranger brain-trust Coaching Staff of the Year in 2009.
She earned a master’s in education from Loyola College and her B.S in Political Science from Sacred Heart University.

All Star Coach
Jane Barbieri was an outstanding player at West Chester (Pa.) and forthe U.S. teams. She led West Chester to four consecutive undefeatedseasons and served as captain of the 1975 team. She played on the U.S.team from 1973 to 1982, serving as captain for the 1982 team in thefirst World Cup, which the U.S. won. She made the all-tournament teamat what is now known as the US Lacrosse Women's Division NationalTournament from 1976 to 1982 and received the Beth Allen Award in 1980.She has coached at both the high school and collegiate levels andhelped start the field hockey and lacrosse teams at Penn Charter whenshe served as the director of athletics. She has previously beeninducted into the Pennsylvania Lacrosse and West Chester University Halls of Fame and the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
She is currently the head coach at DePaul High School.

All Star Coach
Lex Haarmann is a Ridgewood Alumni '04, she was a 4 year Varsity letter in basketball and team captain as well as played 2 years on the lacrosse team (JV and Varsity) until injuries ended her career her junior year. Lex began coaching with Tri-state 4 years ago. She coaches our summer all-stars as well as assists with camps and clinics throughout the year. She is currently the Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at DePaul Catholic High School in Wayne. Lex is a graduate from The University of North Florida '08 where she earned a degree in Physical Education as well as participated in many club sports such as, flag football, beach volleyball, soccer, basketball, and softball.
She is currently obtaining her Masters in Adaptive Physical Activity at Slippery Rock University.

Founder
There are few who can rival the coaching experience and lacrosse knowledge of Tri-State Lacrosse founder and Hall of Fame coach, Bob Turco. Currently the head coach at Ramapo High School, he led the program to their first ever state championship in 2006. Previous experience has included 10 years as a Varsity High School head coach with Kinnelon and The Peddie School, in addition to Ramapo. Coach Turco has also worked at the collegiate level with both Fairleigh Dickinson and Richard Stockton. His talents have been recognized on several occasions. The state voted him "Coach of the Year" in 1988 and "Lacrosse Man of the Year" in 1992. In 2004, the New Jersey Chapter of US Lacrosse inducted Coach Turco into the Hall of Fame. Most recently, his high school Alma Mater, The Peddie School, inducted both Coach Turco and his 1996 team into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame.

Administration
Jody has been a part of Tri-State for over 6 years now. She receive her B.S. from Ithaca College and MAT from Monmouth University, prior to joining the administrative staff. Jody works closely with all areas of Tri-State. She primarily deals with the admin portion of Tri-State programs including registrations, applications, payment and general inquiries. Additionally, Jody assists the Directors in all league administration.

Marketing
Courtney entered the Tri-State family in 2003 after obtaining a B.S. in Sports Management for The Florida State University. She got her start interning with the New Jersey Pride before working her way through the ranks to her current position as Director of Marketing for Tri-State Lacrosse. Courtney handles all PR, marketing and advertising inquiries for Tri-State.
