Founder
There are few who can rival the coaching experience and lacrosse knowledge of Tri-State Lacrosse founder and Hall of Fame coach, Bob Turco. Currently the head coach at Ramapo High School, he led the program to their first ever state championship in 2006. Previous experience has included 10 years as a Varsity High School head coach with Kinnelon and The Peddie School, in addition to Ramapo. Coach Turco has also worked at the collegiate level with both Fairleigh Dickinson and Richard Stockton.
His talents have been recognized on several occasions. The state voted him "Coach of the Year" in 1988 and "Lacrosse Man of the Year" in 1992. In 2004, the New Jersey Chapter of US Lacrosse inducted Coach Turco into the Hall of Fame. Most recently, his high school Alma Mater, The Peddie School, inducted both Coach Turco and his 1996 team into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame.

Dir. of Northern Operations
Currently the Director of Northern Operations for Tri-State Lacrosse, Joe handles all of the Northern Indoor Lacrosse Leagues at Turf City. He also oversees all camps and/or clinics in the Northern New Jersey area. For the past two years, Joe has focused his coaching attention on the 14U All Stars. He works with players in this age group, preparing them for the high school level.
As a player, Joe was a standout attackman for Ridgewood High School. While there, he was a part of their 44-game win streak that included 2 State Championships. He received All State Honors before becoming a team Captain at West Point Prep and later a highly touted attackman at Hampden-Sydney.

Dir. of Southern Operation & Youth All Stars
Currently the Director of Southern Operations for Tri-State Lacrosse, Ross handles all of the Southern Indoor Leagues at The Peddie School. In addition to working with the leagues, Ross oversees the Youth All Star program for 10 to 14 year old players. He has coached both 12's and 14's, but does assist with all age groups.
Ross has returned to his high school Alma Mater, The Peddie School, to serve as the Head Boys' Lacrosse Coach. While still attending The Peddie School, he was awarded All America honors on attack and invited to the U19 World Team tryouts. In 2000, he was named to the All Century Team by the Star Ledger.

High School All Star Director
Bringing nearly 2 decades of coaching experience to Tri-State Lacrosse, M.V. Whitlow leads one of the nation's top all star programs. He started in 1989, after finishing his Freshman year at the University of Delaware, coaching summer camps. Since then he has coached at the high school, collegiate and professional level. In 2001 he was named NJ Lacrosse Coach of Year for the Risk Division and has been apart of 8 State Champion teams.
As a player, M.V. was an exceptional player for U.D., where he was named Defenseman of the Year in 1991 and 1992. Additionally he received First Team All Conference honors in 1991 and 1992, and was recognized by the North Atlantic Conference as Defenseman of the Year in 1992. After college, his success continued as part of the 1995 Philadelphia Wings World Championship team.

Director of Camps & Clinics; Asst. HS All Star Director
A product of the Tri-State Lacrosse organization, Don has grown up playing and working for Tri-State. Having graduated from Nazareth College with a degree in Business Administration and a Concentration in Marketing and Sports Management, Don went on to work for the New Jersey Pride of Major League Lacrosse as Director of Operations, while still coaching for Tri-State. In January of 2007 he joined the Tri-State staff full time. He currently assists MV Whitlow with the Tri-State HS All Stars and is working to develop the Camps and Clinics Division.
Don is currently the Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Montgomery High School. Don joins the Montgomery Staff after a year as Freshmen Lacrosse Coach at Moorestown High School where his team achieved a record of 8-2 and a GAA below four.
As a player, 2-year starter for Nazareth in the cage. He was named 2nd Team All Empire 8 and was apart of the teams that played in the 2003 National Semifinals and 2004 National Finals. In high school, Don was a 4-year Varsity starter for Hendrick Hudson (NY), where he was a 2x Team MVP, 3x All-Section Recipient and 3x All-League Recipient.

Administration
Jody has been a part of Tri-State for over 6 years now. She receive her B.S. from Ithaca College and MAT from Monmouth University, prior to joining the administrative staff. Jody works closely with all areas of Tri-State. She primarily deals with the admin portion of Tri-State programs including registrations, applications, payment and general inquiries. Additionally, Jody assists the Director of Southern Operations in all league administration.

Marketing, Web Administrator
Courtney entered the Tri-State family in 2003 after obtaining a B.S. in Sports Management for The Florida State University. She got her start interning with the New Jersey Pride before working her way through the ranks to her current position as Director of Marketing for Tri-State Lacrosse. In addition to handling all PR, marketing and advertising inquiries for Tri-State, Courtney provides administrative assistance to the Northern Operations Director and support during Tri-State tournaments.
